I'm ordering my Rulebook this week but I can not wait any longer to ask about this..I know that with a "Heavy 1, Blast" weapon..I get one shot. I place the template where I want it and then roll my scatter dice. But how do "Heavy 2, Blast" weapons work??? Example.."Cyclone Missle Launcher" firing the "Frag" round?

How do you resolve wounds just out of curiousity. I dont have my rule book with me, but for example, the thunderfire cannon fires 4 times with the small blast template. Do you count the hits and then roll wounds for all hits from the 4 templates, or do you resolve them one at a time?

You resolve all hits from all weapons in the same unit simultaneously. So you determine the total hits for the unit from each weapon before rolling to wound etc.

Thats what we thought/how we played it, but the player we were using it against did not think it was right. I'm glad we played it right then.

By the letter, the rules only deal with units firing "multiple blast weapons" rather than "weapons with multiple blasts" (subtle but notable difference).
It's pretty hard to argue against using the "Multiple Basts" rule on p30, though. Just work out the number of hits one at a time, roll all the "to wound" rolls together, and then the opponent allocates wounds as normal.

Your friend is hung over from 4th ed, where templates (e.g. flamer) were resolved in sequence, thereby making them far less effective and way more involved, slowing the game down.
X denotes the number of blast markers, you fire the initial and scatter the rest so they touch the initial marker - no 2D6 roll. This gives you a total number of hits, meaning you then then resolve all wounds next.

That's only for Multiple Barrage. Multiple Blast are resolved separately and scatter separately.

So say I'm firing my "Cyclone Missle Launcher" at a group of 10 Guys.
I place my first Blast Template down and roll my scatter and so on. Keep note of what happens..Then place another Blast Template down and do the same?>
The templates don't need to be touching eachother?
