i was just wondering if anyone had managed to extract models from the Dawn of War games and used them to create some terrain. I am planning on doing this for a new gaming board for my gaming group, and wanted to see if anyone has had any success doing it.

Games Workshop actually made a DoW table for White Dwarf 300 with Marine and Ork buildings that came out very well. I'm sure someone
around you has the issue. I'm sure if you google it, you can find pictures of it, but in the magazine, they say "This table was modeled after the map from the
second mission in Dawn of War."
There's a large water station in the center, with a Marine Barracks and Plasma Generators, made out of Land Raider, Monolith, and FW bitz, but
I'm sure you could scratchbuild it easy. The Ork stuff is a Mek shop and Da Boyz Hut made from the Trukk and Buggy kits, with some plasticard.

Do a search for Necron terrain and there a few pieces that have been done.

I totally forgot about the WD 300 issue. Ill have to go and check that now. And the necron table i found looks pretty awesome. That is almost exactly what i was looking for. Many thanks
