Ok here's the fluff for my IG regiment

Tyranus 5th
The tyranus 5th was started by High Inquisitor Zarthos to help quell a rebellion on a nearby planet called Valix Prime. High Inquisitor Zarthos found that the masses of workers, gangers and pit slaves were zealous and very loyal to the Imperium and decided to keep the regiment together. He leads the regiment himself alongside a colonel drafted from the cadian 245th to assist him in leading the regiment.

The regiment is kept in a disciplined manner but recently several of the gangs that make up the infantry platoons have started to fight each other. The High Inquisitor has since placed several hardened veterans to lead each squad and to stop the fighting. Though he takes pride in his devout regiment he punishes those by turning them into servitors

Each of my squads are either a worker, pit slave, Gang or drafted imperial guard squad

Is it possible that I could field this regiment in fluff terms?
