I'm not a fan of power fists on captains. IC's can be singled out, and if your striking last that means your captain can become lunch for a dreadnought or other equally nasty beast. PFs are for Sergeants, not captains. Try a relic blade -- STR 6 wounds T4 on a 2, and still lets you attack at I5.

If you are going to go with a PF, then drop the meltabombs. You don't need to have those with a PF. Assaulting with 4 STR 8 hits on the rear armor will do the trick for the most part.

I think something is missing with the translation....there is no traits any more so I don't understand why it's up there, but the unit options contain the new stuff.....but some things look a bit 'off'. /Shrug.

As for the list:
Captain: agreed with labmouse.
Vets: not enough bodies.

Bikers generally look average, but we don't pay 15 points for vets anymore....so I don't understand the points distribution there.
The flamer biker squad: you can't have a power weapon and a combi-flamer, he doesn't have enough weapons to replace to get those 2.

Speeders and hvy's are meh. I don't usually suggest pie plate weapons for a biker list

My 7 Cents.

As Sanctjud said, pie plates and biker lists do not play well together.

Your bikes are very mobile, and your pie plate vehicles are not. This gives your enemy a stationary target to strike at -- which goes against the principal of the biker army which is a 'water' army.

The other drawback is that a scatter could hit your bikes, and with an already low model count ...
