Subject: Dreadnought Drop Pod?

I just bought a Drop pod, but I never intended it to be used by my foot troops. It was for my DC Furisio Dreadnought. The problem is, the Drop Pod comes with those "little chairs". Can I just leave them out? Any suggestions?

Dreads can't fit out of the normal sized doors. Dreadnought drop pods have 3 doors in order for them to be big enough, and don't have any chairs inside them.

I worked through this problem a few months back
This link shows some pics of the shortcomings of using a regular SM droppod for a dreadnought:

This one shows how to make 3 dreadnought droppods out of two plastic SM droppod kits.

Would it be good enough to just leave out the chair and core?

It won't fit in there but that's what I did with mine. The chairs and core have nothing to do with it's overall structure.

I'm currently doing one for my ironclad dreadnought and I'm just leaving the inside of them out. Do you actually put your infantry unit inside the drop pod? no? then, what's the difference unless you want it that way of course. If you don't want to do massive custom overhauls, then just leave the interior empty. I doubt anyone will yell "Heresy!" and proceed to decapitate you.
