I am running this list in a friendly campain game against my friends orks and i was wondering how you think this list will hold up against a ork army
PS i know i am running a super heavy but i got permission and its part of our game

The army list doesn't look very Mechanicus to me. It just looks like a bunch of guys with the lowest tech equipment available standing next to a giant tank.

Your antitank is feeble. Most of your points are tied up in units armed only with lasguns and frag grenades, and that can't even hurt a trukk before it's too late. You're also likely to fare poorly against the infantry. Orks can outshoot lasgun guard and it gets even worse once they reach assault range.

Basically you've got an infantry horde combined with a lone, very expensive piece of target practise.

To improve your horde, I suggest:

PCS's should have four special weapons
Your HW squads should have lascannons
Every squad should have a special weapon
In one or two platoons, each squad should have a heavy weapon.
Consider commissars and blob-squads to stop them from running away.

Also, you only have one tank. It will get every piece of your opponent's anti-tank concentrated on it. If you're going to take a super-heavy you should have other tanks to distract your opponent with. (Or to keep going after your super-heavy gets destroyed.)
