Overview of WIC
Telion is Primed with Dupli-Color White Sandable Primer, I will be following the color scheme in the SM:C except for his cape, gonna do it a different color!! The red/dark brown or whatever that color is just does not appeal to me.

I don't know if I should attempt it, but eventually the whole army is going to be a Winter Themed Ultramarine Army, I'm thinking about going ahead and doing some kind of snow/camo scheme on Telions Cape. Thoughts?

It'll work really well . because the snow base will provide good balance with their white icon .
