To get that one pesky point, I'd take away WoN, and add 4 Gaunts to the squad. Keep them in reserve, then go to ground. You shouldn't need WoN based on the nature of the rest of your list.

I would drop two 'stealers from each squad to pay for extended carapace on the remaining 8.
