Which is better for 3000pts (ard boyz) High Elves or Vampire Counts? And.... why?

For HE I own.
Special Character on Griffon (haha, I don't even know his name, always used him as a generic character on a griffon)
Special Character on Special Character dragon (again, don't know his name, I used him as generic lord or wizard on a generic dragon)
Lots of characters on horse, foot, wizard and fighter types
50 archers
60 spearmen
2 RBT
1 Eagle
25 Silver Helms (some are Dragon Princes)
10 White Lions
Ellyrean Reavers (5)
4 Chariots
14 shadow warriors

For VC I own
Character on Winged Nightmare (semi-dragon like thing) (can this double as a vargoyf?)
Character on a horse
Vampires, wights, wraiths.. plenty of all kinds
20 ghouls
10 wolves
5 bat swarms
5 fell bats
3 ethereal host
2 banshees (but I guess I need a unit for them now)
1 black coach
100+ skeletons
100+ zombies

Please let me know (yeah I lack some key units in VC nowadays)

with what you have I would say High elves would be better. Your vampire counts have no Corpse Carts, and I am a huge fan of corpse carts with the bell. with what you have your HE would do better

Griffon guy is Eltharion and Dragon guy is Imrik

Agree with yesimgerman that HE would be better to go with based on what you have.
Question bout the chariots....Tiranoc or the White Lion ones? White Lion chariots are just a nightmare with the fear causing S6 ASF riders and scary puddy cats but the Tiranoc ones are meh at best...good if you get the charge off but then your stuck with a buch of S3 hits if you get stuck in.
