Hello everyone,
New to Warhammer, and was in my local
GW store talking with the store manager, asking advice about charging/defending from being charged.
He mentioned that you had to see 50% of the unit you were charging in order to charge it. I was confused by this, and showed him Page 18 of the rule book where it says "Unit may only declare a charge if at least one model in the unit can see at least one enemy model in the opposing unit" then mentions line of sight.
He said "Yep, you need line of sight. It's in there somewhere, trust me."
Didn't have time to go into it further, but on Page 8 of the rulebook, it shows a unit of goblins that can only see the tail end of 2 models, and it says they have line of sight.
I've heard the "50%" rule from 2 people now, and can't figure out where it says that in the rules.
