Looks like something from Privateer Press.

The game system is Hordes.

These two come is a box together, they're a minion warlock and beast duo (that basically means that they're mercenaries and will work for most factions in the game).

The gun that the small pig is holding is a revolver. Hordes and Warmachine use steam and gunpowder to make some pretty elaborate science fiction gear.
