Oh ok, sorry about that.
It sounds really good to me, considering what little I know about tau.
My friend plays tau, though he usually uses a lot of hammerheads or devil fish.

I feel you could use more troops. Your firebase is set, but the 2nd team of pathfinders could be used as points for more troops. 5th ed really hinges on them, and in the torny setting, a player could easyly take down what troops you have.
Allthough he was often unpopular, I like looking at Stelek's lists to get ideas
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/208317.page
He mistyped Fusion Blaster when he meant plasma on the HQ.
Obviously this is just a guide, not a solid in stone law of tau playing. You list uses XV88 over Hammerheads, which is fine.
Yours also uses pathfinders over Piranha and sniperdrones. I'd think this over, at least for the Piranhas.

Drop one unit of fire warriors and one unit of pathfinders. Add another crisis suit team, or a Hammerhead. If you choose not to add a hammerhead, you will get more shooting out of splitting your broadsides into three teams of two (one hw multi tracker per unit, all have target locks).

Q: How many of a specific demographic group are required to carry out a simple task?
A: An arbitrary number. One to carry out the task in question, and the remainder to act in a manner stereotypical of the group.

Split the Crisis suits into 3 teams instead of 2. You'll have the ability to target more units in a turn. The only problem is that it adds a KP onto your list.

I would run 2 full squads of fire warriors, you need the troops choices for caping objectives, and FW's provide a lot of firepower, which your army needs. The 6 crisis suits provide a decent amount, but fire warriors will put out the large number of S5 shots you need to wither the enemy down, leaving the tough things for you suits. and you'll want a bonding knife in the squads if you bump them up
I would drop a broadside team for a railhead, you'll lose 2 railguns but you'll get a AV13 front armored railgun that can shoot a S6 large blast that will ignore non MEQ armies' armor. Right now, over a third of your army is spent on the 6 TL railguns, which won't do much against orks or swarm nids, or any non vehicle heavy army.
i would consolidate your pathfinder squads to 1 big one, or drop one, thats a lot of kill points, and a 4 model squad will get annihilated, 1 wound and you might be running away. Personally I rarely run pathfinders anymore, i just run markerlights in all my FW squads, 1 on the shas ui and if i can afford them, marker drones.
other than that, looks good, as it is now though, you would almost never win a capture objective unless you can table the opponent, an IG player would kill all your troops in 1 turn, so would a shooty nid army or a deep strike army. your main problem is that you have too many easy to kill KP's. a tank heavy IG army could probably score 5 KP's in one turn, all three troops and both pathfinder squads(assuming that the kroot are on table and the pathfinders are out of their fish, if not then a couple turns)

I would suggest taking some Deathrains. Mix up the squads you have. Currently we are playing through the Ard Boyz Scenarios with 1500 Points. I almost tabled an Eldar Opponent but was only able to get through 5 turns. He had 4 models left and I had half my army. The only problem was that he had 7 total kill points while I had around 15. The duplication in the army helps however since if you lose a squad your firepower is still strong.
I would suggest 2 squads of 2 suits. Take Deathrains and Fireknives. This gives you the ability to take out mechnized forces and wound some marines as well. Pathfinders with Railrifles give you more MEq stopping power and the ability to buff up other parts of your army. Their devilfish can then be transfered to the firewarriors to protect them. Use your troops wisely. FW are great for taking out Hordes. Against anyone with a good armor save they might as well be shooting at thin air.
2 Squads of Broadsides allow you to castle in the corners of the table and lay down cover fire. The opponent must decide to attack one side or the other. Otherwise they must split their force and run a guantlet between the two firebases. The only problem with this is outflankers. Against a massed genestealer army this would be a very bad idea as you would get slaughtered.
