Lol, he fell during the talos campaign. Took out by a pulse rifle shot where it hurts most!
Really he is at home answering emails like a good boy while i hang around forums!

My opinion is DO NOT buy from wargamesempire.com! My reason being:
After having a few good sales with them (so thought they were OK) it has quickly escalated to a s**t fest.
I currently have 910 quid ($2110NZD) of orders that have not been sent, and emails and phone calls to them are being ignored!
They gave me invalid tracking numbers when I asked for the tracking no.
Some of the stuff is 4 months outstanding!
The few things I have now received have taken 2 mths.
This not a fault of post as the dates on the post dates are only 5 days before I got them.
In my opinion, they do not have stock of=r money and rely on new sales to buy the previous order!
This is not good business!'How can they get a new web site if they can't even compete peoples orders!
GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
For the small price difference I now recommend dealing with maelstrom games as items are dispatched within a day of order and they have real-time stock numbers so you know if you have to wait for something.
If anyone else has experienced problems let the community know!
I have logged the transactions with Paypal for them to get to the bottom of this and either get my money or my models!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand welcome to Dakka! As far as your Space Marine vs. Carnifex woes, Power Fists and lascannons work swell. Meltaguns are good too. Just remember tha tyou aren't going to one-shot this bubba unless you have some weird chaper-specific gear, or a force weapon. I really wouldn't recommend the force weapon. Salvos of AT fire can be fairly relied upon, combined with their slow speed, to do the job. Don't underestimate the power of massed bolter fire either. Even 2+ armour saves can be failed if forced often enough.

Yeah I would recommend not using Wargames Empire. They're incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, they took the money, nothing arrived, calls and emails just enquiring about my order status being ignored. A very poor store I would say.

Has anyone got any more recent news on these guys? After sending three emails to these lot, I saw their post that was reposted here from Warseer and thought I'd give them a little extra time. However, my order is still outstanding since August 16th and I am getting no replies via email. I've emailed again once since the above message, but still no contact from them...
