Yes, I know, I am an imperial guard player, but I just wanted to do ONE ork. So I decided on a small converted Kult of speed ork, adn he came out good, but not as I wanted. I am a little confused on how to get a Red metal color, and that was my only problem. Also, I make my ork considerably darker, as I thought "if there are Black Orcs then why not Black Orks?" and decided to use a Dark Angels green overbrush over a black basecoat. The affect was to black I thought, so gave it two VERY VERY VERY dry drybrushes of snot green to give it a green pigment that was dark enough to get my Black Ork Idea across. For the cloth I just put down Dark Flesh, simple yet effective. I basecoated the metal Boltgun metal, and drybrushed some of it red, thinking that the red would kinda look metalic. This didn't work but still was fantastic, as in my hurry, some areas on the corners of the gun and other metal areas remained Boltgun metal, giving it a scratched look. This was then, very sadly, covered up in my wash of Ogryn flesh.

So, Whaddya think of the Black space Ork concept?

I know, Its just my father won't let me put pics on his camera, but the instant I can I'll post some pics. But first, I was wondering if you guys think that an Ork Big Mek on a segway type personal buggy would be ridiculous? I was thinking like the Big mek is pointin' forwards, screamin' atop 'is lungs, foot on tha pedal, while a Grot assistant drove?

If you could get the right look, I think that it would be very funny.

If you modeled on glasses (goggles?) and curly black hair so's he was "white & nerdy" I would probably pee my pants laughing.
