Hi all,

My name is Gavin and I run Tor Gaming (www.torgaming.co.uk) in Sheffield (UK).

We are holding a painting competition (first of many we hope, all with different subjects) and thought some of you may be interested

The subject matter for the first competition is the Sphere Wars range of miniatures.

You can find all the details of the competition here

The range of models that the competition covers can be found here

The competition is being judged by three of the guys behind Sphere Wars miniatures:

* Jordi Cañellas, the game’s creator,
* Pedro Fernandez, the sculptors’ manager
* Angel Giraldez, we’re sure many of you have heard of this famous painter, if not here's his blog: link

If you've not heard of Sphere Wars, or want to find out more details about the minis and the game (the rules are being translated and there are some early versions on their forum), they have an English area on their forum, here, English section is at the bottom.

Many thanks (and good luck if you enter)

Gavin.

Hi all,

Just a little reminder, this starts in 5 days.

Time to get your brushes out!

Now that's a lot of clicks to get through to some downright offensively tiny pics of the sculpts.

Best of luck with your competition though!

I am planning on enlarging all the pics, but it requires changes in a lot of areas of the code. Damned annoying but there you go.

Some very nice minis in that range, especially loving the were-bear and the goat man.
