Let me introduce what I'm looking for in a list for a better direction for this thread: I'm completely new to SM. I've been massacring them for years with sisters of battle and eldar, but now I figured I'd look at their lists. Now, I have to make a 2000 point list that favors mobility and tactical options above full-borne fire power. Shrike, for this reason, caught my eye first as he has additional movement options that may allow me to get in combat with those Terminators easier. Any army I start I would like a full knightly imagery, but still something about the black templar book has left me unimpressed.

Rough outline of my first attempt, rip it apart:
Shrike

10 Scouts (snipers)
10 Scouts + two close combat weapons + Powerfist
5 Scouts + two close combat weapons + homing beacon

8 Assault Terminators (These guys were the original part of my whole idea, fleeting terminators)
8 Assault Terminators

Vindicator
Vindicator

10 Assault Marines + Powerfist
10 Assault Marines + Powerfist
Land Speeder Storm

And I have roughtly 250 points remaining with no clue. . . The main issues are:
Will this army be numerous enough to survive shooting and reach combat?
Will I actually have any advantage in combat anyways?
Would this army appease fluff monkeys?
What would give this army difficulties?

Well, looks quite good.
I'd add another full Scout unit since you want scoring units and Scouts tend to die easier than Marines.
The remaining points could be spend on dakka Predator (heavy bolter sponsons).
