Ok so I have three gw stompas right now... they all have LED lights and speakers in them so I can play some DOW stuff and its pretty nice...

I want another one. This one will be much better. I have had many ideas for a new additional stompa and how I could trick them out... I just want one, and I want it to be extremely crazy. Ideas for this.

1- I want the Supa gatler to spin using a Tamiya Universal Gearbox

2- I want the Deff Kannon to actually go back and forth using a Tamiya Universal Gearbox

3- Using a Train Smoke Generator I want there to be smoke comming out back pipes.

4- LED Lights in the head again

5- Speakers again, bigger, better speakers

6- I want to find some sort of device (like something that makes model tank tracks spin) that will allow me to remake the choppy part of the Close combat arm and make it spin.

7- Last but not least I would like to get one of those Robosapians and redo the bottom of the stompa so that it walk

I also have two spare Stompa Side plates so that I can beef it out a bit more and make more room for insides... OH and I have a spare Stompa Deff Gun arm (one of the three original stompas I got came with a second sprue for the main cannon... SCORE)

Does anyone else have ideas for this? This project is going to take a very long time and I am going to need to work it out and get some help on some things but I think it will be the coolest thing I have made once Im done!

Edit: A few of the ideas I have for these were obtained from looking at what other people have done to their apocalypse stuff
Edit Edit: Wouldnt mind getting one of the new forge world Flakka Guns and mounting it somewhere :O

Instead of a "Mega-Stompa", just make a full-fledged Gargant. That way, you can use it in Apoc. if you play it. I mean, in the fluff, there isn't a Mega-Stompa anyway. The next step up from a Stompa is a Mekboy Gargant (the smallest of the Gargants).

Semantics aside, this does sound like an ambitious project and I would like very much to see it evolve.

Lol Ill change the title... Mega-Stompa was refering to that it is going to be the most tricked out stompa ever... It will still be a Stompa (probably a custom stompa from the white dwarf)

*glances across the table* Theres a Stompa thats literally walking across the battlefield, blowing smoke, has weapon shootin off stuff, a working chainsaw and its yelling stuff at everyone... I cant wait

Ok so I was looking at smoke generators I could use and I am thinking about this http://www.kato-unitrack.co.uk/seuthe-27-smoke-unit-20810-0.html as Ive seen some videos of it and liked how it was working so now just to figure out how to hook this up electricaly... Does anyone know how? I was thinking to hook it up to a battery holder just like my LED's buuuuuut this appears to require a tad (alot) more voltage/ampage then those LED lights soooo does anyone know what kind of battery and I can use for this and how many of them I will need?

EDIT: Ive changed it now. I plan on using this smoke unit- http://www.kato-unitrack.co.uk/seuthe-28-smoke-unit-20809-0.html hooked up to 2 9volt batteries. This puts the voltage rite in the middle and it should last quite a while. Does anyone know if this will work right? Or am I completely out of my mind O_o ?

wow this sounds intense thats going to be awesome if you wanted you could make it so that if remote controlled then you could wire it so that whenever the supa gatler is spinning the speakers are making gun noise and same with chainsaw and putting small LEDs in the supa gatler barrels

Theres actually a remote tamiya sells that i could use to just sit back and command all the different weapons but its like $50... Ill jsut turn them on manually me thinks O_o

This is pure win. I am eager to see this become a tutorial, so I can blatantly steal all of these ideas and do them for my next Stompa.

Ok so Im looking at the weapons... They are quite a bit small and Im not exactly sure how I am going to use the gearbox's in the kannon because of the size... Does anyone know how small one of the gearboxs can get?

Thinking about I will probably beef it out with some plasticard and detail it more. Since I have that extra gun arm why not give it a Deff Arsenal?

Another idea... I remmember seeing on a forum somewhere ( dont remmember which) of someone who tricked out his baneblade (and a few other vehicles actually) to literally fire thing (they were little balls i think though bit still AWSOME!) does anyone know what Im talking about and mind giving me a link to it? I would like to do this for a belly gun actually. Adding in Belly gun that fires stuff onto the original list

If anyone knows how I can go about doing the firing of the belly gun... please do share. I think Im going to look into it for a bit.
