Ive had these obliterators sittin in drawer for sometime and finally decided to make em. I liked the general idea of obese corrupted techmarines with the ability to grow destructive appendages on a whim. but i dont like the idea of having a dozen different weapons at once. if you had eight different guns wouldnt you shoot em all off? so i had the idea of giving them one big main weapon. i also think they should be a little more individual as they can warp their bodies to their will. (plus i really hate those angry fetus heads they come with) and so i began converting....

still looks like i needa clean up some green stuff. oh yeah and i just got rid of the "human hand" powerfist just looks kinda off on a big'ol rhino. dont ya think? ive been workin on a more suitable dreadnought claw ill get those pics up soon

That is specatular. I have assembled but not painted or used my oblits because Ive hated the hands - they are like stumps with guns stuck on.

Against all other advice, I may try this at home.

It's a shame that the models are so hunched over in general

Really, grimz? I love the hunched-over pose. Gives them a better sense of bulk then even the regular termies have.

Third Lord, great work, and I like where you're going with the single-gun theme.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

i like the work so far, i think it would rather interesting to perhaps bulk up the legs a touch, perhaps make it look like he's shifted his leg a bit to provide extra bracing while firing that rather large gun
