I was thinking of fiting in another Landraider at 2k but I dont think I can.

That many LR could be trouble. Looks pretty good I suppose. Kharn is not really that scary to me in a 2000pnt game. The issue with the land raiders, is that you're using them to port about your 'zerkers, making their lascannons useless until you've dropped them off. At that point you're in the enemy's face with a 48" gun. I'd be in favour of having more Zerkers in Rhinos over LR spam with Chaos. However, this might be a bad idea, because my experience in the game is infuenced greatly by my big gun guard, who like taking down LR turn 1.

Yes, do you think two Landraiders are enough at 1.5k, I doubt an average army will have more then six meltas. Is three enough at 2k?

Some people say two is enough at 2000points.

What has been your experience with the 1500pt list? How competitive is it? Is this list fun to play?

I wanted to run an identical list, but never collected it, and have recently returned to thinking about it.

oh and don't forget you can upgrade every termi to Asp. Champ for ANOTHER attack! that is a lot of power weapon attacks!

I'd say the list is looking very good at 2000. 3 LR can be a real pain, especially if the enemy put 50% of his anti-tank in one squad. (Happens fairly often, with melta-vet type units in lists). I have difficulty judging 2.5, because the game is so much harder to predict at that scale. I think you're all set to slaughter someone who is not prepared for your list. Be sure to post a battlerep with one of these lists if you can.

Deuce11@ I havnt achualy played with that list yet, I brought the stuff and got the email saying it was dispacted today.

Its pretty cheap if you get the stuff through battleforces.

All you need is two CSM Battleforces and two Landraiders.

Mix up the bits of the Khorne Berzerkers, possessed and five marines and you got 18 khorne Berzerkers per box.

Iboshi2@ Yes, three landraiders are a pain, most marine armies cant afford three landraiders with assault guys at 2k because there assault guys aint troops unlike Chaos.

Il be expanding to 2k in a few weeks as all I got to buy is a LR.

2.5k will happen at xmas but I'd rather make the list before hand.
