at my local gaming place there are commonly 1250pt tournys and such
my usual pure GK army is solid and shut
but my next 250 points is up fer decision
i was thinking taking like 3 death cul assasins
and maybe some IG in a chimera so they can grab the objectives
is there another way or should i just kill then go fer the objectives slowly

Dakka members might be more inclined to take you seriously and respond to your post if you take the time to use punctuation, capital letters, and correct spelling.

In regards to your question:

What does your current GK list look like? You need an Inquisitor of some sort to take Death-Cult; do you have one? 250 points can be 5 More GK termies, which is never a bad thing.

Fixed that for you. Firefox has a built in spell-checker, there's really no excuse. Heed Iboshi2's post before mine.

Now, for actual content:
A squad of IG vets in a chimera are a pretty reliable way to take objectives. The only problem is that they can be easily isolated, since nothing else moves up to my knowledge. The Death Cult assassins also give away killpoints like they were candy, depending on who you ask. Post the rest of your list so we can see how things mesh, and then we can try to help you.
