Hmm.. Melta guns are pretty short-ranged, doesn't look like your first turn is going to be too busy. You won't be popping transports until after they've dropped their cargo, and being Blood Angels that is something to keep in mind, with their higher-cost units, makes horde armies a pain if something goes wrong. Personally, I would take a LasPred over a BaalPred for my only armoured vehicle. I like having something long-ranged with good anti-vehicle capabilities. My experience has shown me that tanks often end up squaring off against each other and in that respect Baal Predators have a disadvantage (although that could because I play with 2 tread-heads). I'm getting a BaalPred after I've built and painted my Las-fest Predator.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

I think you've got a good point there. I agree, but the issues I forsee is that my army is low enough on anti-hoarde that switching to Las (40 more points) would reduce that HS slot's infantry killyness, AND take away from something else in the army. If I were to switch to Las pred, what would you reccomend I take out of the list?
Remember that a Twin AssaultCannon is a better anti-tank wep than the twin Lascannon (just half range), and Baal pred might be moving as a fast Vehicle on turn 1- moving 12 then firing, on the taget which is only now 24" away If I deployed up all the way.

All seems good, but I see little point in 3 PF on the vets. Maybe 1 or 2, and spend the points elsewhere?

Any idea what I should buy with points from 1 PF? I like me some Power Fist, so I'm not going to switch it unless there's something better. 3 PF is 9A on the charge, Hitting 6 (on 3's from dante) then wounding 5. That's just enough to take down a nasty MC or Nob Squad, so I'm fairly inclined to let it stay.
Do you think my Tacs need PF?

Are you going to run your tacs in assault?
Cause thats pretty much the answer, actually you could get enough points by removing PFs from both tacs to swap out the pred.

Its better. I see you're running Tac Squad 1 as tank hunters, Tac squad 2 hold objectives, your assault, DC and Vets all rush forward and the Pred acts as another tankbuster but with more mobility then the Tac squad. EDIT: Do you think, from an opponent's perspective, that you could easily cripple this army in the 1st or 2nd Turn?

Yes, But I play as 1st turn cripple template guard! Lots of indirect low ap templates, can usually win me the game on turn 1 or 2. My other armies I've made and played with wouldn't be able to take down all 20 assault marines that quickly, especially if the Tanks were giving them fire support/mobile cover.

Play a few games and then post report, I'm interested in Dante's effectiveness as I'm working on a 2,000 point BA list now and not sure to run Dante, Lemartes or a Captain.
I'm also wondering whether to take the Las Pred or go with a Dev Lascannon squad for the DC.
