Are deamon "powers" psycic powers? Even though they don't have to take any tests?
Could they be nullifed by the sistas of battle stuff? Or a psycic hood?

I don't think there are any psykers in the Chaos Daemons Codex, I believe all powers are just normal attacks or effects and don't qualify as psychic powers.
|
Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

They don't have to take a psychic test so the hood is useless. Not sure if sisters get their 5+

Daemon Powers are not Psychic Abilities, so thing that work against Psychic powers are of no use.
