I'm making this thread to find out if others have ordered from Gale force nine, the reason for my asking is that already half the order turned up which was good and the stuff was great, but i'm finding my emails to both their info line and to battlefront miniatures which sent me the invoice are both not replying to my emails. Being that i'm Uk based its a lil expensive to try to phone them and also the time differnce is a hasle (Realised after i could have just got from a uk supplier once placed order, doh).

Anyone else had these sort of delays in their customer service, with not replying to two emails the first one on the 1st of this month, and when i didn't get a reply I tried again on the 7th since the generated emails says someone will contact you soon and if so how, I assume i'm going to eventualy have to bite the bullet and call and would prefer to find out how to solve this without doing so.

Any helps appreciated.

I must admit I'm a bit disappointed to hear that you're having trouble with such a well-established company. I myself have bought a couple of things namely a few templates although not with them directly, I find eBay is a good place to buy their things at a very reasonably priced.

As in regards to telephoning them that will end up costing you more money just do not give up with e-mails and eventually they will get time to respond.

What things did you buy?

Have you had any luck yet?

Are you sure you're emailing the right addresses? Battlefront bought out GF9 if I am not mistaken, so perhaps the phone numbers changed.

Well i ordered their tokens for vehicles, infantry, the measuring device (Which is awesome).

Some of it came, the smoke launcher icons and wound counters, some rubble id not along with a few more items.

Still no reply to my emails. i contacted both the galeforce nine info email and the battlefront.com.au or something email address.

the reason i'm chasing it up is i ordered this stuff months ago and it's been a while since the other bits arrived and still no word back from them

what is their new phone number if someone knows
