The Battlewagon set didn't come with any rokkit launchers. (If it did I would've had 2 rokkit launches and 2 big shootas)

I reckon use the lootas rather than the burnas. Not that I'd really know. I'm pretty new to the game. But I've read a bunch of people say that burnas arent so great. It looks like your army is pretty shooty anyways and lootas go better with that.

Your 10 Nobz might be a little too shooty in fact. You may want to put a power klaw in there instead of some of those gun upgrades.

I would drop the killa kans for a defdread. And for sure ,make your nobs less shooty, its not very orky. I would also drop the burnas and replace them with lootas just because flamers can get a decent amount of close attacks, but thats what boys are for, so just replace them with lootas and it will be way more effective

What squad goes in the battlewagon?

Either the nobz or meganobz can be counted as troops thanks to Thrakka being a warboss.

Boyz mobs of 10 are not so great unless they're mounted, and even then, that just makes them closer to the enemy when they die. Bigger mobz are more reliable.

Your Battlewagon loadout has such a mix of upgrades and weapons I'm unsure what you plan to do with it. Could you describe your intent?

What does your other battlewagon loadout look like?

The Meganobz go in the Battlewagon with Thraka. my other battlewagon has 4 big shootas.(It's been scratch built.)

This is the first Dakka army list I've seen that fields a Shock Attack Gun.

Thanks, I personally think that Shokk attack guns are awsome.

I used to use a shok attack gun - it can be lethal if the opposition don't see it in time - but with its short range it really needs to be screened by you radvance - you'll be lucky to more than a couple of shots off - after the first your opponent will take it very seriously - so don't forget to have burnas or tankbustas in your force.

You also need bigger squads of boys - one shoota mob in cover can create enough noise to keep heads down while your choppa wielding squads close -

this is from 4th edition - I'd be looking at bikes too - they're hard to shoot, quick - get an assualt style weapon in the bigshoota and can tear up a flank - try banging some tankbustas or burna boyz in a light trukk behind them and aim themat enemy armour

Def Koptas look like to much fun to miss -
raining grief down on a concentrated section of the line with bikes and trukks too should see you keep the enemy on his toes - the trick is to make it hard for him to concentrate fire and have him poppig off rounds on the back foot.

Short range?? The Shock attack gun's range is 60" Which is usually enough to keep far behind your line of advancement, shooting as your boyz advance. (of course I would advise a second HQ in this style of play to lead the forces.) The only real threat would be deepstrikers or infiltrators, one thing you could do is take a 3 man squad of nobz to protect the Big Mek and take some wounds for him.

Well you can't have every thing, if I get a Deff copter or 2O I would have to pretty much redo my entire army.

I've just worked out that to have a Deff Dread I would have to get rid of 2 big shootas and my Killa Kans. Can I have some advice on weather to have a painboy and no kombi weapons or kombi weapons and no painboy.(Help would be much appreciated.)

I have enough points spare to have 6 Kombi weapons and a painboy!

I would absolutely keep the killa kans over the dread, with BS3 they've got some of the best accuraccy in the codex and they have fairly sturdy bodies. i've also had alot of success with deffkoptas, i usually outflank with them and shoot tanks in the back.

If you tone down that big nobs mob and take some upgrades off your battlewagon you can add that deff dread and still keep your killa kan.

You could get almost 6 more boyz and a bosspole for the price you're paying for that 'eavy armour

I think I'd rather have more units than beafing up units with lots of upgrades

you need troops.
