I am in California, and want the 12 terminators & throne Blood Angel from the Space Hulk set that was just released to be painted above average (above table top quality). I usually paint my own minis, but have no supplies, or time at the moment. I'd like to see references and samples, and rates, and I need these done by the end of October if not sooner. Please email me. Thanks!

I'm not a dedicated painter, but I paint to a high quality and take commissions.

Check my paint blog below for a small sample of my work. Been a bit busy so I haven't updated in a while.

Well, I'm an Admin on Bartertown, and we have a number of advertisers who are professionals with no small amount of references.

Here's a link to the Advertiser's Forum, where each advertiser has their own subforum:

http://www.bartertown.com/trading/viewforum.php?f=58&sid=f245f8552197394acc887c78894cf616

Our advertisers run the gamut from tabletop to display quality at prices starting as low as $2.50 a miniature.

One of the advertisers is even a multiple Golden Demon winner (Anthony Nolan with NGArts).

Check 'em out, and PM me if you have any questions.

Yeah even doing an army a week when you're just one person you book pretty quickly.

I would also recommend:
Garden Ninja
BK
BTP

They are the only ones I would actually trust to send models to if I were in your shoes. You wouldn't believe how many people come to me burned because they sent minis to some random joe. If they have no reputation or long term plans they have no reason to even see your models back to you. Its why you should go with a full time service.
