Dearest Dakka-ites,
Well it's my first post ever, and I present in it some dilettante sketchings of mine. Obviously, I'm fascinated by the notion of 'Art Scale' marines. I mean, they're just too cool, right? So anyways, let me have your opinions on the sizes of these guys. Are they too beefy, or not pinheaded enough, or what? Also, I've always thought Terminator armor looked really goofy. The arms, especially in the miniature range, are way too high up in relation to the neck, IMO. Worse yet, the head is way too far forward in Terminator armor as well, so I tried to fix that too. My concept of it pushes the armor which encloses the power pack way back, which again looks a bit funny to me, so let me have any thoughts on how I might fix it! Would love to hear discussion on how, assuming we take a genetically engineered warrior zealot to be a possibility in the first place (Ha!), the Terminator armor could actually function with the anatomy of the human form. TALK AMONGST YOURSELVES!!! Thanks for the many months of satisfying 40k reading I've enjoyed on this site! My turn to finally contribute now!
Cheers,
W
PS., Admins, if this is posted in the wrong forum, please move it right and proper so that I might get more responses. Thank you kindly!!!

You have definitely captured the helmets perfectly. The last one looks good, except for the white navel-covering sticking out from the bottom of his chestpiece. makes him look potbellied.
It is better than anything I have ever come up with, though.

Well they are. Normal humans are drawn at 7.5 heads tall, most 'superheroes' are 8.5. Adding in the Armor, I'd say Space Marines would come in somewhere between 9.5 and 10.
Pic for reference/edification.

Just glad to see that some of the crap crammed into my brain isn't simply 'trivia'.
