Hello to all on Dakka Dakka. I am a old hand at 40K with years and years and years and, well you get the point...of experiance and painting. With this thread i would like to share with you some of my commissioned work and my own private armies. Of which i field The Sister of Battle, Ultramarines 10th company (yes a scout army), Orks and Paetorian Imperial grunt army.

So to start this along, here are some Commissioned figures for D&D

My friend Jep'ray named that thing "Juicy Fruit" Much to its owners dismay...lol...

Another Figure, this time from my current Project. This is "Forgefather Vulkan He’stan" in Blue... Yes they wanted a mostly Blue army and Salamanders rules... so heres is the blue Forgefather

Elf and the Warbeast are my favs of the bunch ^_-. The best color choices on the two of them.

Some of the others could use a bit more limited palette to make the figures a bit more cohesive. Mostly eying Vulkan for this. Just a lot going on with a lot of different colors.

Got a chuckle out of 'Juicy' ^_-.

Now here is my Ultramarine 10th company... All scouts and all metal!!! its under 2k in points...

we were having a hard time trying to fit it all into the shot...

lead by a chaplain on a bike, its a fun army to play...

three full sniper squads with missile launchers

two full bolter squads with missiles and one powerfist and a assault unit with pistols and knifes and power fist.

three 5 man bike squads with one power fist and a lot of other goodies


the ground pounder commander...

you never quite know which board edge they will come in on and its really hard to see them, so it leads to some intresting battles... I don't win with them often but i do have a blast when ever i play them...

I will have more pic's of Big_O's figs up once i finish unpacking from my move and figure out which box the camera is in... i think we will try to get his Battle Sisters next...
