Question: If Darnath Lysander is attached to a unit that is currently mounted inside a Land Raider Crusaider, does the Land Raider's Hurricane Bolters (defined in the book as "Each hurricane bolter consists of three twin-linked bolters, fired as a single weapon") bennifit from Darnath's Bolter Drill Ability? And if so, how does this interact with Twin-Linking? Do you re-roll all misses twice?

You can only ever re-roll once, and Lysander's ability only works with the unit he has joined, not a vehicle that he is embarked on.

Sorry for the late answer, but I shall try to be as Comprehensive as possible:
The answer is "No", for a multitude of reasons:
1) Lystander's ability only works for the unit he has joined. This is a very specific state and is detailed in the BRB in the chapter on Characters.
2) As per the rules for "re-rolls" at the start of the BRB, you may only ever re-roll a dice once, so even if Lysander did affect the Land Raider, you could still only re-roll each die once.
