I played a game a couple of days ago(that is in the past i just want to know for furture reference) and one chaos biker squad attacked one tank,a techpreist and a squad of imperial guard in the same assualt phase at exactly the same time and the tank was atleast 3inchs alway from the techpriest and the tech priest was atleast 3 ichs from the closest guardsmen(the tank, tech priest were in a line along the table edge and the guardsmen were in group 3 inchs further down the table edge from the techpriest.

Can someone tell me wether this is allowed or not please and thank you.

They can only attack units they are in base to base with. Read the rulebook on multi assaults.

A unit can indeed charge multiple units as long as it maintains coherency and as many of the models in the unit charge the target unit as possible, so in your example it would actually be relatively easy for a bike squad to triple charge since a bike base is as long as it is they could more then likely touch each other with a 3 inch gap (don't have a bike base in front of me to check).

correct...meaning the unfortunate IG player clumped his units together, and didn't account for the length if a bike base....
