Playing with RAW yes.
kff give's all units within 6" of the mek a cover save of 5+, if the weapon ignores cove than they wont, ref pg 34 ork codex. BRB pg 20 cover saves
for that metal blueberry pie plate flying across table from a opponent thats upset at you, then NO,. (this is a joke)

Just remember that they get the cover save even if hit by Barrage, as it is not an actually Cover save given by cover, but a special cover save they get if they are in range.

If pie plate means Template weapon, then yes. The KFF gives a 5+ cover save (or 4+ for vehicles) to all units with a model within the distance in the codex. Can't recall that number off the top of my head. That cover does nothing for assaults.
Barrage weapons are the same deal as others, so you should be safe (5+ cover safe) from barrage weapons under them shiny gubbins.

<nitpick> I think you mean Blast Marker Weapons. Template (Flamer Template) weapons ignore cover saves
