Terminators: 4+1 champion w/ power fist, khorne, chain fist, power fist, combi melta, combi flamer, reaper autocannon
Khorne Berzerkers: 9+1 skull champion w/ power fist, melta bombs, personal icon, rhino w/ havoc launcher
Khorne Berzerkers: 9+1 skull champion w/ power fist, melta bombs, rhino w/ havoc launcher
Chaos Space Marines: 9+1 aspiring champion w/ power fist, melta bombs, icon of khorne, 2 meltaguns, rhino w/ havoc launcher
Summoned Lesser Daemons: 10 daemons
Defiler: battle cannon, 2 dccw, reaper autocannon, cc arm
Land Raider

The plan is to build this army slowly while finishing the painting on my Ultramarines. I'm hoping to get the Forgeworld World Eater's Terminator Captain, conversion set, and Rhino / Land Raider doors. I rushed my Ultramarines and now I have a lot of painting to catch up on, so this army will be slower to complete and paint... but I want to plan it out.
Also, can a Chaos Space Marine Land Raider hold 12, or do I need to drop 1 from my Terminator Squad to include the Lord with them inside of it?

CSM LRs can hold 10.
Kharn is much better then a Lord with a Bloodfeeder, single Defilers will die easily.
The problem with (most) WE lists is the lack of firesupport.
Maybe add another CSM squads and give it a Lascannon, then buy some obliterators or autocannon havocs.
