As the title says, I'm a newb. Just started playing a few days ago, and by playing, I mean painting my army. I got the battleforce box set of Tyranids so I should be busy with the painting for a little while, but in the mean time I just wanted to stop by and say hi.
I'll probably be posting shortly in the tactics forum area because aside from reading the core rule book 5th Ed. and the Tyranid Codex, I don't really know what I should be doing with my nid army aside from... well, fielding lots of units or whatever. I'm currently trying to get a friend of mine into the game so I'll have someone to play against, but at the moment, I think ill have a nice little army, a little less shelf space on my desk, and thats about it hehe.
Ill probably be most active in the tactics and painting sections of this website, but I'm sure I'll bump into a few of you all in other places as well =P
I don't know if this is against the rules here, but I figured I'd just post up an image of what i've got so far for my army. I'm not looking for critiques or anything here because its not the place for it, but that stuff can be sent as PMs if you like, or you can just hop over to the Painting section and see if I have an appropriate thread started over there =D
