Does any one know any good DND minis that are better than Wizards of the Coast ones

Assuming by "better" you mean better quality, dynamic poses etc.

Ral Partha minis, Gamezone minis are two that come to mind. GW fantasy range are also pretty good although tricky to buy only a few instead of a regiment. If you do a google search for "fantasy miniatures" you'll turn up lots of large and small companies.

I use a combo of D&D minis and other company's minis. WoC minis are good because they are pre-painted and you can shove them in a box together and not worry about them chipping paint. For boss monsters and sometimes NPCs I use plastic or metal minis that I paint (sometimes) myself.
