Looks damn solid. Pretty much the best Eldar list I've seen for 5th ed.

This volume of str 3 attacks is going to destroy pretty much everything. it's just a shame that you can't stand and rapid fire a pistol anymore. If you could do that, your army would be top tier for sure.

Just make sure that the avatar stays in a nice supporting spot while the guardians melee, so he gives them all fearless. You wouldn't want a squad of 20 to run away would you?

Repeat after me: Guardians are not Orks.

Really, the problem with the horde style Storm Guardian assault is that, well, Storm Guardians aren't orks. They fall down easier (weak save, no KFF< in addition to T3) and hit less hard (-1 attack, no furious charge) and have no PK nobs. Yeah, you've got some bs3 meltaguns in there (plus the nice melta off of the Avatar) but... I'm not really a fan.

But that's where you're wrong! With Enhance my Storm Guardians are initiative 5!

Fascinating.

I'm wondering if Conceal wouldn't be more helpful. Perhaps give it to the front squads, and then the squads in back get Enhance?

Well, that's a lot of Guardians at the battle field.
However, foot slogging is a slow way to die.
You need to play test it to see how is works.

Against any shooty army, this is going to die...

You have got no transport, and before You are going to get to cc You will probably get blown to pieces.

This would be silly and only marginally effective but definitely fun to play .
Actually I think the Avatar is the weakest link in this army, without any tanks or Wraithlords he becomes the one and only target for enemy heavy weapons and particularly without Fortune to help, he will die pretty quick, leaving the Guardians without a Fearless bubble and paper mache armour.
I would drop 1-2 squads and add in a Farseer with Fortune and 2 basic Wraithlords to keep the Avatar company (just take sword and shuriken cannon and run most of the time). Swap one squad from Enhance to Conceal and screen everything else with them, a more expensive but more effective way to do this is with Harlies but then you kinda move further and further away from the Guardian spam concept. Remember that those fusion guns are only BS3, flamers are usually a better choice for Storm Guardians but you really need the AT power, consider swapping the War Walkers weapons around maybe. Also if possible War Walkers should be in seperate squads if they aren't already, 2 of the same weapon is usually a better idea, and 2 x scatter lasers is probably a more points effective use than starcannons.
