Ok, just read this datasheet from Apocalypse Reload and I can't decide how it would be interpreted.

The datasheet consists of:
Abaddon the Despoiler
4 Lords or Sorcerors (the Lords in question - Purgator, Deceiver, Corruptor and Ravager)
1 unit of Chosen or Terminators

The rules for the datasheet say that the Lords act as a single unit. But does this mean all of the above, or just the four Lord characters?

It says "In battle, the Lords of the Black Crusade fight as a single unit".
The name of the formation is "Lords of the Black Crusade".

If it had said "The Lords fight as a unit" I could see an issue.

As written the formation is one unit.
