Part of me is against it, but I've really enjoyed some of the art that's come about because of the election, etc. Political pieces are always very interesting to me, but again not sure how much of a big deal it is.

If the art that is to be made for partisan purposes is presented openly as such, that's fine. If it's a covert campaign of social engineering, that's worrisome.
And I have to bring this up, but is Dakka using a different font? I like it better.

I didn't listen to the tapes but even if there wasn't a conspiracy artists would still more likely side with Dems. Republicans are always, as a general rule, wanting to cut the NEA budget, or eliminate it altogether. Who would you support if you were an artist?
