Since all my beta MKII lists just got expensive (points) I thought I'd go back and look at my old MKI lists under the new MKII (official) rules.

Dig out your old lists (from the old thread if you like) and review them.

4 star Syndicate: Fiona the Black (MKI: 497/500 MKII: 24/25 points)

Fiona the Black
Mariner
Alexia Ciannor
Ogrun Bokur
Rupert Carvolo, Piper of Ord
Croe’s Cutthroats (8) (6 MKII)
Lady Aiyana & Master Holt
Steelhead Halberdiers (8) (10 MKII)

Under pointed and under jacked for MKII (I never build a list with less than two heavies). both units need upping to 10 or dropping to six. Steellheads and Croe's seem over costed in MKII IMO. In short my Fiona lists need a major overhall in MKII, maye she'll take a back seat to Magnus who looks amazing.

Cryx: Iron Lich Asphixious (MKI: 499/500 MKII: 35/35 points)

Iron Lich Asphixious
Cankerworm
Defiler
Defiler
Bane Lord Tartarus
Gorman di Wolfe, Rogue Alchemist
Pistol Wraith
Pistol Wraith
Bane Knights (6)
Bile Thralls (7) (10 MKII)

I never got round to using Asphixious in the Beta but Cankerworm has been improved from the Beta (where he was a shadow of his former self) and Defilers look very useful (I'd probably swap them out for cheaper arcnodes though). Tartarus is still a beast and can now ignore terrain. Gorman is still a swiss army knife, but oddly cannnot hide behind his own smoke screen. Pistol wraiths are unchanged but probably less worth taking in pairs. Bane knights are still powerfull but I think Bane Thralls are better. Biles are too expensive to throw away now and I've yet to come across the killer infantry hordes that I encountered in MKI.

This list needs more heavies do I'd probably build the rest of the list round the heavies I took. I'm actually thiinking about getting a second Slayer.

Searforge 496/500

Gorten
-Rockram
-Blaster
Thor
-Blaster
HHSGC (10)
Herne & Jonne
Rockbottom
Bokur (I don't recall who he was assigned to. Gorten or Thor most likely.)

25 points now. I'd probably swap the Rockram for a Driller and drop that sweet +4STR upkeep on it. The Shield Gunners can pump out some CRAs to help tackle heavy targets. The Bokur will have a more defensive role, but slapping a P+S 17 on something is still pretty good. Other than that, this army will pretty much function in exactly the same way.

750/750

Zerkova
-Wardog
-Beast-09
Koldun Lord
-Destroyer
MoW DC (5)
Greylords x3
Mortar
Drakhun + Dismount
Yuri
Epic Eiryss

This one is 52 points, so I need to drop something. Probably the Mortar and Drakhun and replace them with something else, like a full unit of Winterguard with Unit Attachment. I'd move the Destroyer over to Zerkova. I lose out on the Jack Marshall bonus and the KL's Iron Wall, but it benefits from the revamped Watcher spell.

My last list I used

skarre
- Deathjack
- Deathripper
- Slayer
- Skarlock
mechanithrals (8)
Bilethralls (6)
Pistolwraith

This was 510 I think (we work with a margin in our lists. If Me or my opponent are over a little bit you can try to match their number. he was 10 over or 20 under so...)

After adding 2 mechanithralls and going MK2 the points are:
skarre -6
- Deathjack 12
- Deathripper 4
- Slayer 6
- Skarlock 2
mechanithrals (8) 5
Bilethralls (6) 5
Pistolwraith 3

thats 31 points. This way I can add another pistolwraith
