Looks quite good.
I'd give the Prisms stones as they should be able to move if stunned.
Well, not sure if you need some cc specialists.
Six Harlies with kisses in a Falcon with stones, holofield are pricey.
Banshees or Scorpions in a Serpent with stones are the cheaper solution.

I agree with wuestenfux. Banshees or scorpions. I'd lean towards banshees, because it seems like MEQ is continueing to proliferate. If there are newborn space puppies in your local metagame, go for banshees, they'll usually get more kills on 3+ and 2+ saves than Scorpions.

does mech eldar need more than 2 at 1500?

Well, two troop units can suffice if you keep the DA's inside of the Serpent until the end game.
I'd add a unit of Storm Guardians with two flamers in a Serpent.
If you have the points add a Warlock with destructor.
