Howdy Dakka. I am doing a bit of design work, and I am curious if you can provide a bit of inspiration. I need a helmet design, looking for something either historical or fantastical but suit-of-armour type (hence the post here and not in the 40k board). If you are interested in trying to provide a bit of inspiration, please post a picture of somehting that you have seen that you thought was cool, or a link to said pic. Thanks.

In an effort to get my CAD skills back up to scratch, I am doing some 3D design. Right now it's an Imperial Knight. One of the things I enjoy about the project is the lack of any real recent canon on it. I plan on using an old Epic: Armageddeon rule of thumb in htat the Knights should be counted, rules-wise, as Leman Russ. So I will be kitting them out with weapons choices. If I ever actually get around to building them, I will field them as such from the current IG codex for a Cult Mechanicum force that I have always wanted.

But for right now I am counting it as "professional development".
