And he and the whole command squad he is with are easier to kill thatn that on SM Chapter Master.

The Master of Ordinance may get to fire a basilisk shot every turn he doesnt move, but it has no accuracy at all. if you roll a direct hit, it scatters a full 2D6. if you roll an arrow, it scatters a full 3D6. (if he's in LOS you can subtract his BS, but still with the 2 or 3 dice)
