Subject: Inquisitorial / Space Marine Army fluff/RAW question

Alright so according to the WH and DH codexes I can include them with a normal SM army, but with no Heavy Support option. Now I wanted to have an Inquisitor and his retinue
accompanying my guys in an Immolator, but i just read that that bad boy is a HS option so it cant be a part of a SM army including Inq.. But now with the SM codex a Razorback can have the TL Heavy Flamers as a weapon option.
Question 1:
Can I include the Inquisitor with his retinue, and give him an Immolator as transport that Counts-As a Normal SM Razorback with the TL HF options?
Question 2:
Can that transport be included as dedicated?
The Inquisitor codexes dont have a razorback listed as dedicated transport in their codex, but in the SM one they are. So because they are in an SM army could they have such a dedicated Razorback?
Thanks for the help guys

I may need a SM player to back me up on this (as I don't have the SM codex) but I don't believe you can do either of the things you are suggesting.
You could, however, simply buy a Razorback (occupying whichever FOC slot the SM codex requires) and have your Inquisitor embark into it on the first turn. IIRC you cannot start the game with the Inquisitor already mounted up in the Razorback (because it is not his dedicated transport).

Immolators aren't a transport option for Inquisitors. Besides that, you'll need at least one Sister of Battle unit somewhere in the list to unlock them. (WH Codex, p. 36, left box.)

Yes, and no, (See below).
Question 2:
Can that transport be included as dedicated?
In order to take a Transport as dedicated, the unit must have that transport listed as an option in it's entry. So therefor you would have to take the immolator as a counts-as Razorback for a tactical squad or the like from the SM codex, then just Embark the Inq. and crew on turn one.
So yes, you can use the Immo. as a Counts-as RB, but no it cannot be 'dedicated' to the Inq. himself.

As a means of circumventing this, you could have a Dominion Squad with an accompanying Immolator and have it count as a Fast attack slot instead. *Edit* You still couldn't start the Inquisitor inside the Immolator first turn, but it is a method for getting one on the table with them as allies.
