Guys, I've made a fandex before for necrons but I don't know, as time went by I realsied they didn't need a total rewrite. A few fixes would be fine.
The thing is, most people disagree on the fixes they need.
Here everyone can post what they think the necrons need to be sompetitive, and what they would like to have.
Here my necrons (in reverse order):
Monolith: 240 points (found the original point value is weird and hard to calculate this is more round and an exact multiple of my new necron warriors/immortals and h destroyers) Also, maybe give them something reducing the str of a shooting weapon hiting it by 1 to a minimum of 9 (I'm trying to think of something for railguns, as they are useless agaisnt them and you can't take out the railgun, it's more of a I will lose 240 points if he goes first). Maybe allow assault from teleport if the unit is entering play from reserves and the unit is no longer linited to warriors.
Tomb Spyder: No changes yet (maybe 1 more WS) (I'd like to make them a bit better maybe +1 attack and make them 60 points maybe FNP)
Heavy Destroyer: T6, Reroll to hit (targeter) 60 points
Wraith: 40 points, 3+ armour save AND invul save and either (with maybe hit and run):
-1-3 power weapon (I like this one better, shows more they are really good assasins)
-1-5 rending
Maybe even let them deplor individually (like tomb spyders) but keep the ability to stay as a squad.
Scarab Swarms:
-No Armour save but eternal warrior, are 10 points. (Maybe FNP)
-Don't take slot on FOC
Destroyer:They are good, I'd like T6 but that'd be OTT.
Warriors: 20 points, T5 (maybe 8-20 in a squad)
-Assault 1 weapons would make them more interesting, and worse vs hordes but more of the relentless feel or rapid fire and relentless (both not sure if 18 or 24 inches range, thiking either assault 1 24 inches or relentless 18 inches rapid fire) but I like assault 1 24" the most
Flayed ones:* Squads of 10 count as troops, 16 points
NOTE: minimum troops for us is 160 points instead of 180 points FO and Warriors both count that much for troops (minimum warriors).
Immortals: 30 points, T6
Pariah:* 35 points with a mix of:
-FNP
-5+ invulnerable
-2 attacks
-Maybe gauss flayer instead of blaster
-or a particule weapon (no non necron models with Gauss) STR 4 AP 3? Assault 1 or 2
or all of the above
All models with necron special rule:
-Stubborn or fearless (not sure which one is weaker)
-Phase out removed
-Maybe make them unable to run? or maybe just warriors immortals destroyers and heavy unable to run?
Gauss:
On a 6 to wound or armour penetration AP 1 and auto glance.
(no more auto wound (only warriors used this no C'tan and wraithlords, and if warriors are assault 1, the ap 1 shots won't be over the top)
*Pariahs and Flayes ones I have a dillema:
either a bit stronger for 40 and 20 points or go for 35 and 16 points (I think FO with S5 would be 20 points) but I'm not sure about pariahs:
40 points:

5+ invul
FNP
35:
Str 4 AP 5 gun
2 attacks
5+ invul
I like the 40 point pariahs and 16 points Flayed ones.
Necron Lord: Wargear shuffle, trade for warscyth free and
