Is anyone else having a problem with a Battlefoam order? I placed an order on September 12th for the Space Hulk trays and they haven't even been shipped yet. Fifteen days and they haven't even been sent????

Does anyone have any previous experiences with them? Is this normal?

I believe it was just a back order issue. These trays are likely a very big seller right now. I ordered a set myself a little while back and they just shipped Friday. Give them a shout via email or pm if you're worried about your order though.

It can take up to 5 weeks in some cases....
Namely custom cut stuff. There were a bunch of Sh trays they made in advance, and I'm willing to bet that they have run out of their back stock on said product.

Call them , the don't do emails really well.

Can someone post here to let me know when the backorder clears up, no point in letting someone hold onto my money for a month.

We did send out the first batch that we made, but as you know people have been ordering these a whole bunch in the last few weeks. We are keeping up but we are about 1 week behind right now. Along with custom orders an retail orders things get a bit behind.

We do ship the trays daily so you should see yours go out today but no later then Tuesday. I can look up your order or anyone elses order by simply emailing your order number to info@battlefoam.com

We are also adding more new staff to keep up with all orders.

I've ordered from Battle Foam a couple of times now.

My PACK432 (NO CUSTOM FOAM) took exactly one month. My two sets of SH trays (ordered the day they came out) took 2 weeks.

Despite having to wait a bit for my orders I have to say, BF's customer support is top notch (I've even spoken directly to Romeo a couple times) and this alone will keep me a loyal customer as well as recommend their product to anyone.
