Soo what im looking at starting to make a titan but i really dont want one of the big ones and i know there are a few sizes what would be one maby only about 6-12 in tall?

The forge world eldar titans, heirophant, and warhounds are all under 12 inches.

really they all looks a hell of a lot bigger

Warhounds are as small as true titans get i'm afraid.
There were knight titans in epic but they seem to have been axed
A google image search throws up some 40k scale ones and there are some good ones made from the defiler kit.

Those are knight titans around the warhound and (so obviously NOT 6mm) SM.

One man titans carrying one big gun (like a battle cannon) and a single CCW (titan CCW). For variants, any Leman Russ tank main turret weapon would also be fitting.

BoLS has a set of apoc sheets with these titans (Armorcast did do a few of them, and the models are still out there).

People I game with are also using Starship Troopers 3 marauder suits as Knights (Punisher cannon + Inferno cannon is a common loadout), but we're not overly pushy on the "must use GW models" (besides, some of us also have the AC models ).

ya i think the knight titans are about what im looking for
e dont really play big games so i dident want to be the dick and brings the really big stuff

Rumour source and general gaming blog. They also do their own "Codices" (for the Macharian Crusade, Badab War, etc) and they put together a pack of datasheets for apoc covering many of the old epic units (some of which had 40k models courtesy of Armorcast).

Look for the "Lords of Battle" pdf for the knights. Also has the eldar phantom class titans in it (the Revenant is small compared to it).

Legs are modified defiler claws, quite a few people use them for big robot legs. The arms are, you guessed it... defiler legs .
