If Mad Doc Grotsnic is included in an ork army, it says any unit can have cybork bodies. My question is, can Grots take it too?
Just a ponderance, I'm not suggesting it's tactically worth it, and I don't intend on using it myself.
Thanks In advance!

I say "yes" just because of the inherently hilarious modeling possibilities.

Yes, Grots can take them. It even gives an example in the codex IIRC.

Also, there are no separate Squig models other than Old Zogworts ability, which cannot buy anything, so they cannot take it

There are no separate squig units more to the point, they exist as wargear or deployed weaponry.

Yes they can. I believe it was in the GW FAQ.

Gargantuant Squiggoth, page 134 Apocalypse, normally has a 4+ save now it has a 5++ as well. There are others as well IIRC in Imperial armor books. Feral Orks from Chapter approved 2003 and again in CA 2004 also had squigs.

They're also in Dawn of War as the Orks' uber-unit.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Think of that 5 points to give them a 5++ save, that can shrug of destroyer weapons. It would be so sexy.

There are also squigs in Imperial Armor Update 2006 pages 13 and 14.

I went for yes simply because of the sheer amounts of awesome a Grot/terminator would be.
Would love to see a squad cakewalking up the field shrugging of lascannon shots and the like. (I know a 5+ save is pretty poor but don't spoil my fun )

Yep, they're given as a specific example in the FAQ.
FAQ wrote:
Q. How many units in an army with Mad Dok
Grotsnik can be upgraded to have cybork
bodies? Are there any restrictions (apart from
non-vehicle) or can it even be Gretchin or
independent characters?
A. Any number of units can be upgraded. This
includes Gretchin (Super-Gretchin! Cool
conversions, but a bit expensive at 8 pts per
model!) and independent characters (except for
unique characters), effectively giving them a 5 pt
discount on the cybork body upgrade.
