There will be a team tournament in Madison, WI on Oct. 10 2009. It will be held @ the Last Square. Call ahead to lock in your spot(608-278-4401). Here are few of the catches.
1. 1,000 points per person.
2. You choose your partner for first round, after that you get randomly paired with someone else for the last two games.
3. Prizes awarded.
4. 10$ per person but this includes lunch.
5. Force organization for each 1000 points is 0-1 HQ 1-3 Troop 0-1 Elite 0-1 Heavy 0-1 Fast. You may also have a "floater" for fast, heavy or elite. This means you may take 2 in one of those entrees. You and your teammate for the first round may not have the same floater. This means you cant both have 2 elite lets say. One may have 2 elite the other can have 2 heavy. Any mix of races is acceptable. There must be 1 HQ minimum between the two players that start the first round together.

Starts @ 10:30 and goes untill roughly 7:00pm. Any further questions the staff @ the Last Square will be happy to answer. Should be fairly competetive but it should be a good time and I am excited to get randomly paired up with other people to learn how they play the game. A 10$ entry fee for a day of gaming, prizes, food, and a group of people who love 40K as much as you, you will be hard pressed to not have a good time.
