Looking good...

The crewman goes up from the bottom and through the hatch, like threading a needle, not "down and on top" like you have it.

Do you eat cereal? Cereal box cardboard works well when scratch building, as it has a nice expensive plastic coating that makes it stronger, like GW boxes. I like to cover my foam-core work with cereal box cardboard, which helps the model look more finished and gives it an "extra armor" look.

I had to register an account just to reply to this.

Now that I have an account, there are no words.

Wonderous.

Looks pretty awsome. Once you get it painted, it'll come together very niceley i think.

When you call an intimate moment with your partner "the Assault Phase"

Is that followed by a pile-in move?

That brings a whole new meaning to the term "Hit and Run"

Can that be following a deep strike, or do you have to wait until the next round?

You need to prime the cardboard carefully as it will soak up normal primer and paint.

Try sealing it with a wash of diluted PVA glue.

It's ..... crude

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

What ?? His avatar or his Chimera

Personally, I like the avatar.
And the Chimera, while needing some more work and finessing, has potential. Armor plating can go a long way to unify the tank. Also, while more costly than cardboard, "strathmore board" is a great cardstock to build with if you want to avoid the costs of plasticard. You can find it at most art supply stores.

His avatar is frightening to say the least...

As for the Chimera, it looks pretty good, albeit it crude. But good. Nice work, man.
