Here is a 2000 point shootan marine army for review.
Tactically i dont think too far in advance beyond army synergy. As long as I have an answer to anything im good. Working out manuevers and what not before games is dumb, as you dont know the specifics.
Basically the librarian, terminators, and redeemer act with the vindicators as a kind of counter assault unit. They beat up/blast anything that gets too close to the line. Alternatively they can charge at the enemy. I will struggle against mech guard, this is understandable, whatever.
The 4 tac squads can hold objectives, and i can put two combat squads in razorbacks and use them to help the phalanx in the assault. I have them kitted out to handle mostly vehicles. I figure most horde armies dont have good stuff for taking out heavy armor, so my vehicles can take a toll, and the tac units can handle the clean up. The one with flamers is obviously the exception, as its good to have variety. The meta where i play features lots of mech hand to hand armies, so if they bring the tanks to me ill load up on meltas and wait.
Finally I have the thunderfire. This gives me the fortify building upgrade, and is dirt cheap. Against some armies it wont do anything, thats fine. Against lootas or nid horde it can easily pay for itself if positioned right. I have never seen one shoot for more then two turns, but each time its made its points back.
So finally we get down to the what can do what. This army is a far cry from my eldar, which are a specialized army. I wanted to be able to handle anything, and let my brain do the rest. I dont like playing rock paper scissors. So here we go.
Anti horde: Thunderfire, 4 tac squads (bolters can do some damage, or pistols+charge), vindicators, land raider redeemer, terminators can eliminate the harder stuff like nobs or monstrous creatures, razorbacks.
Anti land raider: librarian, tac squads at close range, redeemer, vindicators, razorbacks.

The list does look very versatile, (your 3rd tac squad is 5 points underpriced, dunno how you did that since the two identical squads are spot on!) one suggestion: Instead of 2 assault cannon razorbacks, you could have 4 HB ones. The 10 points needed could come from the LR multi-melta or the vindicator's extra armour, both of which seem like 'bonus-but-not-essential' upgrades. This would give you a lot more mobility, the firepower is less versatile, but also spread between more targets.

I have considered the 4 heavy bolter razorbacks. But then i have to buy two more razorbacks. The other thing i was considering is dropping the vindicators for 4 land speeders with HF/MM organized into squads of two.

You have four tactical squads but only two transports, and using assault cannons? Makes a semi weak transport a nice target - plus assault cannons have shorter range, heavy bolters can provide nice fire support.
Second tactical squads is 5 points cheaper, should be 220.

I think speeders are good for points. They aren't that tough though, so probably one a job deal. Deep strike them and use the multimelta.

The issue becomes target saturation. S6 stuff is generally useless since i hide my razorbacks behind the vindis/raider. And the vindis give me more heavy armor on the table. I feel with flanking speeders they would make for much easier targets. While potentially deadlier, If i saw one raider and a bunch of speeders. My lascannons are hitting the raider, and all the guns like asscannons and what not that likely cant hurt it will shoot the speeders up.

Smart combination of turbo boosting and such can keep 'em around a little longer. But you are correct, generally. Even bolter fire can take em out with some good rolling.

Speeders can be a one trick deal. Give them a heavy flamer for burny burny and a multi melta to pop vehicles. Deep strike in and wreck a vehicle. If you do over a rhino or razorback you've nearly made the points back. Do over a chimera you've made the points back and over, do over a land raider and you've made 5 times the points back.
If I saw a bunch of speeders and a land raider I would take out the speeders. They move quick and can be used to capture objectives in the last turn. They are damn annoying.
They are easy to take down, but if they wreck one tank or kill a few infantry they have made there points back.
Give them some thought.
