So I guess we are going to have the large game on Sunday for those that posted in the other thread. Should start at around 1 pm.. 1k points a person let me know if your gonna show up, either in a PM or here.. Depending on how many end up coming might change what we end up doing.. Anyways, if you know before hand let me know if not just show up with 1k points of 40k and we will bash some heads together.

As for the game, are we following standard FoC? Or are we just throwing whatever we've got out?

Also, since I just aquired some new(old, unwanted) orks from a friend, I've been wanting to try out my orkz, but if I do, I'll have to use some of my friends'. My orkz are painted to a pretty high tabletop standard, while my friend's are... not painted at all(or, if they are, horribly). That won't be a problem, will it? I'm sure no one there will be a stickler for unpainted minis.

It's just that I havn't gotten a chance to strip/prime them, let alone paint them. Hell, I'm having enough troubles with my own orkz.

I'm fairly certain I won't have the full 1000 points painted.. Try to stay in your FOC so 1 HQ 2 Troops.

I think most people would be able to understand lack of painted stuff, My painting isn't even that good and I still can barely manage the time to get painting in.

Oh, one more question. Since I've never been to the Sentry Box, I need to know how to get there.

What would be the best bus to take from Chinook Station to get there? And at what stop? I could see myself taking the 72/73, but not exactly sure where.

Nah, pretty sure they don't sell FW stuff.. im think game should start around 1 if you can be a few minutes early would be good. Gonna play a mix of apocalypse/40k I figure..
Well essentially everything 40k just have 6 objectives like in apocalypse 2 in each teams deployment zones and 2 in the middle..
We will roll off for teams when we are all there..

K, I can give you a ride no problem also this is kinda short notice but does everyone want to bring 1 objective if possible? Myself and my buddy will get there a bit early so look for the redhead and the bearded guy playing with nids and poorly painted imperial fists.

What are we talking in terms of 'objectives?' I don't have much in the way of actual scenery to use, and I didn't bring my bits box with me(which has a few good parts that could be used). Would a random model work, or does it have to be something spectacular. Perhaps a large gun from an old Arnored Core model.

Also, I'm not sure what army I'll be using (GK or Orks- I wasn't able to bring my warwalkers for my Eldar), but I'll try to get a list for each of them before the actual game..

Myself and my buddy(also named Thomas) will be at the sentry box a bit early just to much about, show up at least 15 mins before 1 and we can get the game started. Post your name too Nice to know everyones real name before we start so I'm not saying hi to fafnir or what not

Oh I'l be the one with the half painted Imperial Fist army :( I really tried to get them painted but somehow I wasn't even close.

I'm Matthew. I'll be either running by GK's(most of which are in need of a repaint), or Orkz(which are a mix of my quality painted orkz and about 1500 points of from a friend, which are all either unpainted or very poorly painted).
