PROJECT 1
YUP
necron nids.
Since I started I have been painting and expanding my salamander army. The bigger the better, but now I want to expand to other forms of armies, just to expand my strategies and if someone comes over and wants to play I can loan them the
SM.
My first thought was necrons, I love their models and the monolith is just awesome...
My second thought was that tyranids are getting a new codex in january... that means they will just as new and powerful as space wolves are now. WITH NEW UNITS!
My third and now final thought was... metal painted tyranids.... no..... NECRON NIDS
here is how the paint scheme and modeling will go.
I will keep the tyranid models the same for now, until I have other ideas
The colors though will be same as those from the Necron Home world kronus
Skin: Boltgun
Carapace: A darker Boltgun metal
Claws: A combination of green and light geen to create that glow stick effect
Eyes: Red, like terminators or just black.
For special units:
Lictors: Same
Hive Tyrant: Make the jaw gold
Genestrealers: same as flesh rippers
Zoanthrope: Add the green maze idea from computer chips on the carapace, to represent its breaking from its robotic shell to control the data stream

For any veins or such... I would vary between units depending on who they are... larger models get green veins and smaller units just stick with boltgun metal
PROJECT 2
A cryogenectially frozen piece of flesh from Abraham Lincoln was found on Terra. The piece was then healed and modified by science to re grow the main body and mind of the owner. Abraham at first was amazed by this world, but adapted quickly and now he is a Inquistor Lord for the inquistion to keep this divided house from falling.
Model: Inquistor lord basic model, butt will add a beard and huge top hat.
This is will be fun.
PROJECT 3
ITS A TRAP!
Thats right, sergent Telion is the new space marine admial ackbar
Model: I will Keep the sergent telion model, but will try to remove the cloak and see if I can add a head in the color and shape of Admiral Ackbar.
Maybe if I finish all these models I will add some cereal on Admiral Achbars base, touch up the necronids, and make a Daemon hunter army based on the 300 spartans.
